Order granting plaintiff's motion to open default, vacate judgment and restore case to Trial Term calendar reversed upon the law and the facts, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs, without prejudice to renewal upon papers showing merits. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Kapper, Hagarty and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
