KALEB JOE FEELER & TIMOTHY ANDREW MARTIN, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge

This case is set for trial at the Court's Little Rock, Arkansas trial session commencing on June 12, 2023. On May 19, 2023, respondent filed a status report, indicating how the parties have arrived at a basis for settlement of all issues in dispute; however, a premature assessment (which needs to be reversed) is precluding the parties from filing a proposed stipulated decision in this matter prior to calendar call.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the calendar for the Court's June 12, 2023, Little Rock, Arkansas trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 21, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court an agreed decision or respondent shall file a status report. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
