Action to recover for services rendered the defendants' decedent, brought to the Superior Court in Fairfield County and tried to the court, Healey, J.; judgment for the plaintiff and appeal by the defendants. No error.

The conclusions of the trial court are supported by the unattacked finding of subordinate facts.
