FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION & others v. KATE GALLAGHER.

MEMORANDUM AND ORDER PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28
The defendant, Kate Gallagher, has not demonstrated error by the District Court judge or by the Appellate Division of the District Court (Appellate Division). Accordingly, substantially for the reasons set forth in the decision of the Appellate Division, we affirm the order of the Appellate Division affirming the orders of the District Court judge dismissing this case from the active docket and denying the defendant's motion to file a notice of appeal late.
