ORDER
Relators have filed a motion to consolidate accelerated appeal number 04-16-00723-CV and original proceeding number 04-16-00738-CV. We grant the motion and order accelerated appeal number 04-16-00723-CV and original proceeding number 04-16-00738-CV consolidated for the purpose of briefing. The parties shall file all motions, briefs, and other documents as if the two proceedings were one case, but shall include both numbers and styles on all documents. The proceedings are to be briefed together as a single proceeding. However, the records for the two proceedings shall remain separate. We order the clerk of this court to transfer copies of the clerk's and reporter's records filed and to be filed in the appeal to the original proceeding.
