Adebayo O. Fayiga Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge.

On September 3, 2021, respondent filed a status report informing the Court that the parties continue to work together on a proposed stipulation of facts. Because petitioner has only recently provided an additional document to respondent and petitioner has requested a collection due process hearing, it appears that more time is needed to resolve this case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the undersigned no longer retains jurisdiction over this case and is restored to the general docket.
