ORDER
It appears to the Court that the recent Sixth Circuit Court opinion in Getsy v. Mitchell, ___ F.3d ___, 2006 WL 2135493 (6th Cir. Aug. 2, 2006), may be relevant to Petitioner's case. Therefore, the parties are ordered to brief the impact, if any, of Getsy on Petitioner's case not later than August 29, 2006.
