DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered September 12, 2011, deemed from a judgment of the same court entered January 4, 2012 (see CPLR 5501 [c]).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

Appellant, if it be so advised, may stay the money judgment by filing an undertaking with the Civil Court (see CPLR 5519 [a] [2] and CPLR 2505).
