MEMORANDUM OPINION


Andrew Clinton Faulkner was convicted of burglary of a habitation. Pursuant to a plea agreement at the adjudication hearing, appellant was sentenced to five years' imprisonment. We have received the trial court's certification and findings of fact stating that appellant waived his right to appeal. See Tex.R.App.P. 25.2(d). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
