On July 27, 2022, petitioner filed in these consolidated cases a status report that states that it "will fill Motions to Enforce Subpoenas against the non responding third parties". It is

ORDERED that, no later than August 26, 2022, petitioner shall file any motions to enforce subpoenas that it intends to file in this case. That motion shall include a brief, general description of the issue as to which discovery is sought from the third parties.
