At petitioner's request a subpoena enforcement hearing was held in these consolidated cases on June 29, 2022, before Special Trial Judge Choi. The minutes of that hearing state that petitioner's "counsel will file motion". It is

ORDERED that, no later than July 29, 2022, each of the parties shall file either a motion, or a status report, or another appropriate filing, in which it shall propose to the Court a schedule for further proceedings.
