ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 27, 2023, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 10, 2023, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the last name "Buckwalk" and substituting therefor the last name "Buckwald."
