By Order served May 30, 2024, the Court proposed to reassign this case from Judge Gale to another judicial officer and directed the parties to advise the Court, not later than July 1, 2024, whether the party (1) consents to a reassignment, or (2) upon reassignment, intends to move for a new trial or move to supplement the record.

Respondent's Response, filed July 1, 2024, indicates that respondent consents to a reassignment. Petitioner did not respond.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is no longer assigned to the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that this case is assigned to Judge Christian N. Weiler for further action as he deems appropriate.
