Mark B. Faris Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge

This case was on the March 15, 2021 St. Paul, Minnesota trial calendar. We continued it because petitioner had suffered a grave change in his health and financial circumstances. The parties both recently reported that IRS Appeals has had a supplemental hearing and that they seem to be nearing a settlement. The case can reasonably stay on a status-report track, and it is

ORDERED that on or before November 3, 2021 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a status report describing their progress on remand at IRS Appeals.
