Opinion
December 27, 1949.
In an action to annul a marriage on the ground of fraud, defendant appeals from an interlocutory judgment annulling the marriage between the parties. Interlocutory judgment reversed on the law and the facts, without costs, and a new trial granted. In our opinion the trial court's findings are against the weight of the evidence.
