ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On December 19, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction on the grounds that the petition was not filed within the time prescribed in the Internal Revenue Code. Respondent represents therein that Exhibits A, B, C, and D are attached to that motion. However, it appears only Exhibits A, B, and C are attached.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 29, 2023, respondent shall file a supplement to his motion and attach thereto the above-referenced Exhibit D.
