On March 15, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, in which he states that petitioner died on December 8, 2021, subsequent to the filing of the petition in this case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read "Edgar L. Falls, Deceased, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
