This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Washington, D.C., Trial Session scheduled to commence on April 15, 2024.

On March 22, 2024, at docket entry 11, respondent filed a status report indicating that the parties have reached a basis of settlement.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 15, 2024, Washington, D.C., trial session. This case is continued, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 15, 2024, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a status report (jointly, if possible, otherwise separately) detailing the then-present status of the case.
