ORDER

On October 27, 2021, petitioners filed a motion to compel and for sanctions, praying that this Court issue an order compelling respondent to confer with petitioners in good faith and sanction respondent for failing to confer in good faith. On December 2, 2021 respondent filed his response to petitioners motion to compel and for sanction, opposing the motion.

On December 1, 2021 and December 3, 2021 respectively, respondent filed motions in limine seeking an order from this Court to admit evidence and records at the upcoming trial of this matter, anticipating an objection from petitioners regarding the proposed evidence and records.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' motion to compel and for sanctions is denied. It is further

ORDERED that a contradictory hearing regarding respondent's motions in limine will be held on December 13, 2021, commencing at 1pm (EST) during the Court's remote Jacksonville, Florida trial session. The parties are directed to the Court's July 15, 2021 Notice of Trial for remote access to the Court's trial session to be held on Zoomgov.
