Filed March 19, 1963. Rehearing denied April 4, 1963. Transfer denied June 18, 1963.

Appellee, Morris Mitnick, d/b/a Central Fourth Street Drugs, brought action to obtain a temporary injunction and a permanent injunction. The Appellate Court in an opinion affirmed the action of the trial court in granting a temporary injunction. Appellant, Fair Share Organization, Inc., petitions to transfer from the Appellate Court.

While agreeing with the result attained in the Appellate Court decision, we do not agree with certain statements and conclusions set forth in the opinion.
