DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for permission to appeal to this Court from order of Tompkins County Family Court entered January 12, 2015 and for stay pending appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for permission to appeal is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for a stay pending appeal is referred to Justice Lahtinen, who makes the following decision: Motion denied, without costs, as academic.
