This case is calendared for trial on the Court's October 4, 2021, Los Angeles, California, trial session. On September 15, 2021, respondent's counsel contacted the chambers of the undersigned to inform the Court that petitioner's authorized representative was diagnosed with COVID on September 10, 2021. Respondent has no objection to a continuance. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's October 4, 2021, Los Angeles, California trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall file a status report (jointly if possible, otherwise separately) on or before November 1, 2021, informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
