EZ Lube, LLC, EZL-1 Investments, Inc., A Partner Other Than the Tax Matters Partner Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge.

This case was originally on the Court's November 17, 2014 trial calendar for Los Angeles. The parties managed to agree on settlement terms, but needed to file a Rule 248 motion to close it out. There have, however, been numerous delays and in a phone call on December 2, 2021 petitioner reasonably suggested that his attorney take the lead in drafting the closing agreement that would then enable the parties to finally make the required motion under Rule 248. We'll keep it on the status-report track, and it is

ORDERED that on or before January 28, 2022, the parties shall file a motion under Rule 248 or another status report describing their progress.
