ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO FILE UNDER SEAL
The Court having been duly apprised of plaintiff's Motion to File Under Seal the parties' confidential Settlement Agreement ("Agreement"), which is attached to the Complaint, and finding good cause therein;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, and this does order that the Agreement attached to the Complaint shall be taken under seal. Only the parties to this lawsuit, their counsel, and members of this Court are authorized to review, copy, photograph, and/or inspect the scaled materials, which shall not be available for public review or placed on any Court electronic databases accessible by the public, including, but not limited to, RACER.
