MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellant, Clinton West, appealed the denial of a writ of habeas corpus seeking a bond reduction in Cause No. 21286. The trial court subsequently consolidated Cause No. 21286 with Cause No. 21144 and West posted bond in that case. On January 25, 2012, the State filed a motion to dismiss the appeal as moot. Appellant, Clinton West, neither contested the suggestion of mootness nor filed an objection to the State's motion to dismiss. We grant the State's motion and dismiss the appeal.
APPEAL DISMISSED.
