On March 22, 2024, Appellant, Dagoberto Hernandez Villarreal, filed a motion requesting a stay of the trial court proceedings in Kinney County Cause No. 11443CR pending resolution of this appeal.
After consideration, we GRANT the motion. We ORDER all trial court proceedings in Kinney County Cause No. 11443CR stayed pending final disposition of this appeal.
