On September 19, 2022, the Court issued a letter pointing out to the parties that there was no final order on file in this appeal. On September 21, 2022, appellant filed with the Court a copy of a request to the Dallas County Clerk to supplement the record with the order denying habeas relief the trial court signed on July 26, 2022. Appellant attached a copy of the trial court's order to his request to supplement the record. To date, no supplemental record has been filed.
Accordingly, we ORDER Dallas County Clerk John F. Warren to file, within TEN DAYS of the date of this order, a supplemental clerk's record containing the order denying habeas relief signed by the trial court on July 26, 2022.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to transmit a copy of this order to John F. Warren, Dallas County Clerk; and to counsel for the parties.
