We REINSTATE this appeal.
On May 26, 2023, we questioned our jurisdiction over this appeal because the record did not include an appealable order. On June 20, 2023, a supplemental clerk's record was filed containing an order denying appellant's pretrial petition for writ of habeas corpus. We conclude we have jurisdiction over this appeal.
We ORDER appellant to file his brief by JULY 11, 2023. We ORDER the State to file its brief by July 31, 2023. If appellant desires to file a reply brief, the reply brief is due within fifteen days of the date the State files its brief. After the record and briefs have been filed, the Court will notify the parties of the submission date and panel.
