Appeal.

The question presented by the record being identical with that presented in Cause No. 20714, Ex parte Gussie Ferguson v. The State (page 494 of this volume), relator is ordered discharged for the reasons assigned in said opinion.

Appeal from County Court of Fannin County. Hon. O. L. Couch, Judge.

Original application for release from the custody of sheriff of Fannin County.

Relator ordered discharged from custody.
