EX PARTE TERRENCE RUBEN SHEAD, Applicant

Do not publish

ON APPLICATION FOR A WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS CAUSE NO. W02-55798-U(C) IN THE 291ST DISTRICT COURT FROM DALLAS COUNTY

ORDER

Per curiam.

Applicant was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. The Fifth Court of Appeals affirmed his conviction. Shead v. State, 05-05-00080-CR (Tex. App.-Dallas April 4, 2006)(not designated for publication). Applicant filed this application for a writ of habeas corpus in the county of conviction, and the district clerk forwarded it to this Court. See Tex. Code Crim. Proc. art. 11.07.

After a review of the record, we find that Applicant's claims regarding prosecutorial misconduct and actual innocence contained in his initial habeas filing are without merit. Therefore, we deny relief based on the trial court's findings and our own review of the record.

Applicant's claims challenging his conviction filed in his supplemental and amended applications are dismissed pursuant to Tex. Code Crim. Pro. Art. 11.07 §4.
