On August 23, 2023, appellant Gabriel Mojica Romero filed Appellant's Emergency Motion for Temporary Stay of Trial Court Proceedings, seeking to stay all trial court proceedings in Kinney County Court at Law Cause No. 13063CR pending resolution of this appeal.
After consideration, we grant the motion. We order all trial court proceedings in Kinney County Court at Law Cause No. 13063CR stayed pending final disposition of this appeal.
