MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

On December 27, 2022, relator filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus in which he asks this court to release him from custody and dismiss his underlying criminal charges with prejudice. Relator's petition is unaccompanied by a supporting record. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.7. After considering the petition, this court concludes relator is not entitled to the relief sought.
