ORDER FOR EXPUNCTION OF RECORDS
Pursuant to the order from the Court of Appeals, the court GRANTS the petition and orders the immediate and full expunction from all records the following arrests:
a) Sexual Assault, offense date of April 25, 1996, in Temple, Bell County, Texas, by the Bell County Sheriff's Office in April 1997, in District Court case no. 47,563.
b) Burglary of a Habitation — Intent to Commit Theft, offense arrest date of February 2, 1997, in Temple, Bell County, Texas, by the Temple Police Dept in District Court case no. 47,176.
The clerk of the court shall deliver certified copies of this order to all parties and agencies. The Bell County District Attorney is ORDERED to pay all costs in this matter
