On June 28, 2023, Appellant Hector Recendis-Martinez filed an Emergency Motion for Temporary Stay of Trial Court Proceedings, seeking to stay all trial court proceedings in Kinney County Court Cause No. 11904CR pending resolution of this appeal.
After consideration, we GRANT the motion for temporary stay and ORDER all trial court proceedings in Kinney County Cause No. 11904CR stayed pending final resolution of this appeal.
