ORDER
BILL PEDERSEN, III JUSTICE
The Court is in receipt of appellant's pro se "notice of appeal for bail reduction." Accompanying the notice is a copy of a pro se application for writ of habeas corpus seeking a bail reduction that appellant filed with the trial court. An appeal from the denial of habeas relief is an accelerated appeal and is governed by Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 31.
We ORDER the trial court to prepare a certification of appellant's right to appeal and to file it with the clerk's record.
We ORDER the K au f m a n County District Clerk to file the clerk's record by April 13, 2022. We ORDER that the clerk's record contain copies of 1 the indictment, the application for writ of habeas corpus, any response to the writ application filed by the State, any other documents related to the writ application, the trial court's order ruling on the writ application, any findings of fact on the writ application that the trial court has entered, the trial court's certification of the right to appeal, and any other documents filed with the clerk that the parties request.
We ORDER the reporter's record of the hearing on the writ application, if any, be filed by April 13, 2022.
After the record has been filed, the Court will set briefing deadlines and notify the parties of the submission date and panel.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Shelton T. W. Gibbs IV, Presiding Judge, 422nd Judicial District Court; Peri Perkins, official court reporter, 422nd Judicial District Court; Rhonda Hughey, Kaufman County District Clerk; counsel for all parties; and Rylnel Maurice Prince, pro se appellant. 2
