The Honorable Martha B. Tanner is the presiding judge of the 166th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas. The Honorable Solomon Casseb, Jr., presided over the hearing on expunction and granted in part and denied in part Perez's petition for expunction of record.

Appeal Dismissed.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


Francisco A. Perez's brief was due on October 27, 2003. A brief has not been filed. On November 5, 2003, this court ordered Perez to show cause in writing by November 20, 2003 why this appeal should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. Perez did not respond to our order. The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b). Costs of appeal are taxed against Perez.
