ORDER
The Court has received appellant's notices of appeal from the trial court's orders denying his pretrial applications for writ of habeas corpus. These are accelerated criminal appeals. See Tex. R. App. P. 31.
We ORDER the Collin County District Clerk to file, by JANUARY 22, 2016, the clerk's records for the cases containing all documents related to the pretrial habeas corpus proceedings.
We ORDER court reporter Lisa Morton to file, by FEBRUARY 1, 2016, either the reporter's record of the hearings conducted on the applications for writ of habeas corpus or written verification that no hearings were recorded.
We ORDER appellant to file his brief by FEBRUARY 22, 2016. We ORDER the State to file its brief by MARCH 14, 2016. In addition to addressing the issues on the merits, each party shall address the cognizability of each claim by pretrial habeas corpus application.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Yoon Kim, Collin County District Clerk; court reporter Lisa Morton; and to counsel for all parties.
The Court will notify the parties of the submission date and time after all briefs have been filed.
