PER CURIAM
On April 18, 2023, Jose Gerardo Ortiz-Moreno filed a notice of appeal with the District and County Clerk of Kinney County. On April 20, 2023, the District and County Clerk's Office submitted the notice of appeal, which we docketed as appeal number 04-23-00400-CR. On April 25, 2023, a duplicate notice of appeal was submitted, which we docketed as number 04-23-418-CR. On May 24, 2023, appellant's counsel called and informed a deputy clerk of this court that appeal number 04-23-418-CR is a duplicate appeal. Accordingly, we ORDER appeal number 04-23-418-CR administratively closed.
