ORDER
BETH WATKINS, JUSTICE
The State's brief was originally due June 6, 2023. We granted the State's first motion for extension of time, extending the deadline for filing the brief to June 26, 2023. On June 26, 2023, the State filed a motion requesting an additional extension of time to file the brief until July 25, 2023, and we granted the motion. On July 27, 2023, the State filed a letter seeking a third extension of time, and we issued an order extending the deadline to file the State's brief until August 11, 2023.
On August 22, 2023, the State filed its brief contemporaneously with a motion for extension of time to file the brief. After consideration, we GRANT the motion and deem the State's brief timely filed.
