On August 24, 2023, appellant Marvin David Arita Medina filed Appellant's Emergency Motion for Temporary Stay of Trial Court Proceedings, seeking to stay all trial court proceedings in Kinney County Court at Law Cause No. 10638CR pending resolution of this appeal.
