The petition for writ of certiorari is denied.

In denying the petition for writ of certiorari, this Court does not wish to be understood as approving the statements of law in the Court of Criminal Appeals' opinion, 587 So.2d 436, with regard to the issue of defendant Avellina's standing to challenge the search and seizure.

WRIT DENIED.
