On August 23, 2023, appellant Juan Manuel Mata-Martinez filed "Appellant's Motion for Stay of Trial Court Proceedings," seeking to stay all trial court proceedings in Kinney County Court at Law Cause No. 13339CR pending resolution of this appeal.
After consideration, we GRANT the motion. We ORDER all trial court proceedings in Kinney County Court at Law Cause No. 13339CR STAYED pending final disposition of this appeal.
