MEMORANDUM OPINION

On September 6, 2013, this court issued an order stating that unless appellant submitted a brief in each of these appeals, together with a motion reasonably explaining why the brief was late, on or before, August 26, 2013, the court would dismiss the appeal in each case for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b).

Appellant filed no response. Accordingly, in each case the appeal is ordered dismissed.
