On August 22, 2023, appellant Guillermo Sergio Emmanuel Ceneno-Jaime filed "Appellant's Motion for Stay of Trial Court Proceedings," seeking to stay all trial court proceedings in Kinney County Court at Law Cause No. 14116CR pending resolution of this appeal.
After consideration, we GRANT the motion. We ORDER all trial court proceedings in Kinney County Court at Law Cause No. 14116CR STAYED pending final disposition of this appeal.
