Per curiam. ORDER
Applicant was convicted of sexual assault of a child and sentenced to forty-five years' imprisonment. The Thirteenth Court of Appeals affirmed his conviction. Goodie v. State, No. 13-03-406-CR (Tex. App.—Corpus Christi - Edinburg June 23, 2005) (not designated for publication). Applicant filed this application for a writ of habeas corpus in the county of conviction, and the district clerk forwarded it to this Court. See TEX. CODE CRIM. PROC. art. 11.07.
In the instant application, Applicant alleges that he has new evidence that the DNA analysis performed before was inaccurate, and that a witness testified falsely at trial. This Court has reviewed Applicant's claim regarding the DNA evidence, and has determined that it not supported by the record. Therefore, it is denied. Applicant's remaining claim is barred from review, and is dismissed. TEX. CODE CRIM. PROC. art. 11.07 § 4. Filed: July 22, 2020 Do not publish
