Appellant's brief originally was due on May 24, 2023. On May 16, 2023, appellant filed a motion to extend time to file his brief. Because the clerk's record did not contain a signed certification of appellant's right to appeal, we held the motion in abeyance pending further order of this court. A supplemental clerk's record containing the certification was filed on June 8, 2023.
Appellant's motion for an extension of time is GRANTED and appellant is ORDERED to file his brief no later than July 12, 2023.
