On June 28, 2023, Appellant German De Jesus Rodriguez Delgado filed an Emergency Motion for Temporary Stay of Trial Court Proceedings, seeking to stay all trial court proceedings in Kinney County Court Cause No. 10903CR pending resolution of this appeal.
After consideration, we GRANT the motion for temporary stay and ORDER all trial court proceedings in Kinney County Cause No. 10903CR stayed pending final resolution of this appeal.
