ORDER
PER CURIAM
Appellant, Paulin Gonzales Delgadillo, appeals from an order of the trial court signed on June 23, 2023. Appellant's notice of appeal was therefore due on Monday, July 24, 2023. See TEX. R. APP. P. 4.1(a), 26.2(a)(1).
On July 24, 2023, Appellant timely filed a notice of appeal in the trial court and filed a motion for extension of time to file his notice of appeal in this court.
Accordingly, we DISMISS AS MOOT Appellant's motion for extension of time to file his notice of appeal.
It is so ORDERED.
