The reporter's record was originally due March 13, 2023. On March 17, 2023, the court coordinator filed a notice of late record stating that the reporter's record was not filed because appellant had failed to request the record. We ordered appellant to provide written proof to this court that the appellant requested the court reporter to prepare the reporter's record. We further ordered the reporter's record be filed no later than thirty days after the date appellant's written proof was filed with this court. Appellant filed written proof on March 30, 2023 making the reporter's record due May 1, 2023. The reporter's record has not been filed.
We therefore order court reporters Carlos Para and Rosa Rivera to file the reporter's record in this court on or before May 30, 2023.
