ORDER

Peter J. Panuthos Special Trial Judge

On September 27, 2022, the Court had a conference call with the parties with respect to petitioner's (1) motion to compel discovery, and (2) motion for review of sufficiency of answers or objections to request for admissions. Counsel for respondent advised that he recently received the applicable files and would respond in a short period of time. The Court directed respondent to fully respond to the request for admissions and discovery requests by October 14, 2022. The Court further directed the parties that, after respondent's response, the parties should communicate and, on or before October 21, 2022, file with the Court a status report (joint or separate) advising as to the extent the pending motions have been resolved.

Premises considered, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent shall, on or before October 14, 2022, file a response to petitioners' Motion To Compel Discovery and petitioners' Motion To Review Sufficiency of Answers or Objections To Request For Admissions. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall communicate with one another and, on or before October 21, 2022, file with the Court a status report (joint or separate) advising the Court as to the status of the pending discovery.
